Ein Sommer auf Sylt – das heißt: Die endlos langen
Strände genießen, sich in die tosende Brandung
stürzen und zugleich im mondänen Kampen
flanieren. Die Bettwäsche-Serie SYLT zaubert
mit zwei Grauvariationen das elegante Flair der
legendären Nordseeinsel ins Schlafzimmer. Die
weißen Wäscheknöpfe betonen das Laissez-faire
des maritimen Looks.
Beim Fil à Fil ist der Name Programm: Faden an Fa- up in the warp side by side, a laborious process
den, ein weißer und ein bunter Faden in Kette und
Schuss, werden beim Uni im Wechsel verwoben.
Für unseren Fil à Fil verwenden wir ausschließlich
swiss+cotton Supima-Extra-Langstapelbaumwol-
le von höchster Qualität. Diese außerordentlich
langen Fasern sind von allerfeinster Qualität und
haben erstklassige Verarbeitungseigenschaften.
Verglichen mit einer durchschnittlichen Baum-
wollqualität sind sie um 40% strapazierfähiger.
Trotz des doppelt gezwirnten Garnes in Leinwand-
bindung verarbeitet, beträgt das Warengewicht
vom dieser Qualität nur 100g pro m , was von

der äußerst aufwändigen Herstellung zeugt. Die
Kombination des edlen Garns, die spezielle Webart
und die anspruchsvolle Veredelung verleihen dem
Buntgewebe seine edle und schlichte Ausstrah-
lung. Ein Schweizer Weber, mit dem wir seit über
100 Jahren zusammenarbeiten, stellt Fil à Fil für
uns her.

Our design SYLT brings a Nordic flair to the bed-
room with its combination of stripes and solids
that mimic the sounds and sights of the sea. The
sophisticated combination of stripes and solids
from our popular Fil à Fil quality are sewn together
and embellished with white linen buttons.
The name Fil à Fil stands for the weaving structure
of the fabric: a white and a coloured yarn are set
that can take days. The fabric is then woven, again
intermittently with a white and a coloured yarn,
except for the plain white, which is of course wo-
ven white in white. For our Fil à Fil we exclusively
use swiss+cotton extra-long staple Supima cotton
of the highest quality. The especially long fibres of
the cotton used for the production of this yarn are
of the finest quality and offer the best precon-
dition for the production of a quality product.
Compared to regular cotton qualities, these yarns
are around 40% more resilient. And, although the
plain weave is woven with doubly twisted yarn,
still the fabric weighs only 100g per m ; proof of

the extremely sophisticated production technique
applied. The combination of the noble yarn, the
special weave and the careful after-treatment
give this colour-woven fabric its pure and elegant
appearance. A Swiss weaver with whom we have
collaborated for more than 100 years produces
our Fil à Fil exclusively for us.
